I bridge the gap between clinical guidelines, federal regulation, and real-world outcomes. For over 20 years, I have advised major medical associations such as AHA, ACC, and ASCO, and life science leaders on how to translate the intricacies of the national quality ecosystem into actionable value.
 

By leveraging a J.D. and deep regulatory acumen, I provide strategic analysis of the regulatory mandates. My focus is not just compliance, but creation:

  • Developing specialty-specific Quality Measures.

  • Conducting in-depth landscape analyses and stakeholder mapping.

  • Designing quality focused frameworks to align clinical and business teams.
     

Today, I apply this regulatory framework to the intersection of healthcare and Artificial Intelligence, helping organizations navigate risks, reimbursement pathways, and the ethical complexities of algorithmic bias and consent. I seek to ensure innovations in technology align with both patient safety and quality improvement efforts.
